Refund & Return Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • The item is damaged or defective upon arrival.

  • The item is significantly different from the description on our website.

  • The item was not delivered within the estimated timeframe (subject to delays beyond our control).

2. Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind or personal preference.

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer.

  • Items that have been used or not in original condition.

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please:

  2. Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue (if applicable).

  3. Wait for our response within 5 business days regarding the next steps.

4. Return Policy

  • Some products may need to be returned to our supplier. In such cases, the customer may be responsible for return shipping fees.

  • If a return is required, we will provide instructions on how and where to send the item.

5. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 2 business days after approval.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, we cannot guarantee cancellation as the order may already be in processing.
